The location is the best! the staff recommended some really great restaurants. i especially loved the breakfasts. They were the best i have ever had at any hotel. the service was also wonderful, and the staff are very helpful.
the wait for food was longer than i expected! we ordered drinks and they came quickly but there was a half an hour wait for the food. it seemed like they had forgotten our order and i didn't receive an apology.

the room was beautifully decorated and always clean! i really appreciated the lovely fixtures and fittings. the linens on the bed felt luxurious, and the towels and bathrobes were incredibly plush. it all felt so high quality.

lunch in the atrium was fantastic, especially the burger! you actually get two mini burgers, and both are high quality. the food was fresh, and the staff was happy to adapt the orders; they swapped cheese for mushrooms without any fuss!

the location near restaurants, it EXISTED.
The staff showed arrogance and lack of welcome, REALLY. waiting for a drinks menu seemed like an eternity, even after i ASKED. the bill had discrepancies with the printed menu. Excuses about being new didn't quite CUT it. this hotel seemed to rely solely on its location to justify a five-star rating, which i found deeply UNACCEPTABLE.

The maître d'hôtel directed us to the garden room. It was a magical place. The hotel design was beautiful. Attention was given to every small detail. The menu offered fabulous options, and food presentation was very nice.
I observed that I was initially ignored by the staff when waiting to be seated for breakfast. A member of staff eventually told me to sit wherever I wanted. This experience felt unwelcoming.

The staff demonstrated willingness to accommodate requests; for instance, they happily substituted cheese for mushrooms in a dish. A staff member named Maria proved to be extremely helpful and welcoming. The service was truly outstanding.

The wine I ordered was literally undrinkable. Its taste resembled vinegar.

The breakfast menu featured croissants, yogurt with granola, and avocado with poached eggs. The hotel also arranged an unforgettable day at the Lobster Club in Puerto Portals. I find that very convenient.

The welcome i received from maria was really good. She arranged everything from the private cinema to spa access! welcome drinks and room details were all handled perfectly, i highly recommend this experience. the location is also perfect for families, providing easy access to local attractions. i found the staff to be super helpful and efficient when ordering a hire car on my behalf.
I had breakfast at the hotel. The service was poor and slow! it took a long time for my order to arrive, and the staff did not seem attentive.
